No Scam Zone: Memento BAI Payments Fraud Conference Communications

CAMBRIDGE, MA — October, 2008 > Monderer Design, a strategic design firm providing expert branding, identity, print and interactive communications, completed conference communications for Memento Inc., in support of its sponsorship and exhibitor program at the BAI Combating Payments Fraud Conference in Washington, D.C. Memento, a recognized leader in enterprise fraud management, developed several unique pre-conference and at booth promotions that required rapid and innovative graphic design and branding efforts.

In support of the Memento program, Monderer created a pre-event mailer, sent to every registered conference attendee, which included a custom-designed and personalized debit card. Attendees who swiped the card at the Memento booth learned of their account status in a fictitious bank database, saw a demonstration of Memento's New Account Fraud solution and were entered into a promotional drawing. Nearly 50% of all conference attendees swiped their card at the booth. "As usual, Monderer came through for us", said Jamie Watt, Director of Marketing at Memento. "Our programs effectively communicated our message and reinforced our branding. Monderer Design was instrumental in our overall success at the event."

Monderer also designed, created and programmed a mini-CD, which included a Flash presentation of Memento literature and links to content on the web. The CDs were very popular and proved to be a convenient and environmentally friendly means of distributing information. Also in support of the event and Memento's recent solution launch, Monderer designed a New Account Fraud solution brochure and White Paper.
