Following the completion of its impressive new facility customized to meet the needs of students with autism, League School of Greater Boston determined that its brand was also in need of renovation. Looking to seize the attention of both parents and local school systems, the school needed a new brand that exemplified the school’s humanistic approach to teaching critical cognitive, academic and social skills.
In creating the new corporate ID — the foundation for the school’s brand — Monderer steered clear from imagery common to the non-profit and educational arenas, such as stick figures and hands. Instead, the new logo embodies League School’s goal of bringing clarity, vision and purpose to children with autism and their families. Communicating the notion of enlightened new beginnings through a holistic, integrated approach, the logo and upcoming brochure take League School’s communications to a higher level worthy of an institution internationally known for its advances in education.
