Mykrolis Corporation, the former Microelectronics Division of Millipore Corporation, again turned to Monderer Design to develop a new advertising campaign that would speak to their key differentiators in the marketplace. Through interviews with top management, detailed questionnaires and using our patented M-Power™ methodology, we defined several key themes and advertising concepts that brought forward Mykrolis’ distinguishing attributes. Monderer chose to highlight the sales force’s knowledge with an emphasis on customer focus —the individuals that &ldquot;know&rdquot; their customer inside and out, their needs and wants, and will do anything to provide customer satisfaction — even down to knowing their clients’ hobbies.

Monderer Design provided ad design, image art direction and writing to accentuate those attributes as well as expose the passion for their job. We developed 5 ads that would represent five different and unique products that helped Mykrolis acquire both mindshare and marketshare. The final result featured photographs of Mykrolis’ &ldquot;real-life&rdquot; salespeople and clients, in their clients’ semiconductor facilities.
