Banks and credit unions have dozens of stories about fraud committed by trusted insiders, criminal outsiders, and others. Memento turned to Monderer Design to strategically develop a website solution that would present and explain how Memento stops new and emerging fraud schemes quickly and accurately, mitigating risk and preventing loss.
Our solution turns the “stories” metaphor into an interactive flash component on the home page that features a sampler of fraud and compliance stories told with the help of voiceovers and a sequence pages of their individual storybook. A viewer can roll-over an individual’s photo, hear their problem, and link to a Memento solutions page for further information.
