Our task was to evaluate content structure, and identify, redesign and re-engineer SmartStream’s website to help viewers achieve a better sales experience. Monderer Design specifically looked at enhancing the user interaction throughout the site. By introducing “rich-content menus” which allow viewers to access current information without having to click through the site, tabbed content panels, redesigned CSS navigation, a cleaned-up color palette, new font presentation, sidebar panels that directly support page content, expanding the presentation page width, and by opening-up website “white space,” we were able to achieve SmartStream’s objectives.
